Do you offer house calls?

We do not offer house calls, we can offer a tow in service to tow a vehicle from the house to our workshop (however it belongs to 3rd party and the customer pays for it)

Do you deal with warranty(insurance) ?

We do deal with mechanical warranties and service plans.

How long does it take to diagnose a car?

It depends on the problem of the vehicle normally it takes 1 hour.

Do you offer drop off and collection of clients?

We offer drop-off and pick-up services within a 15 km radius.

What are the company’s operating hours?

Monday –Friday (7:30am -17:00pm)
Saturday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Sunday (closed )

Can I get a discount on the quotation?

We offer competitive and reasonable market prices

Does BMA Services sell parts?

We do not sell parts over the counter

What is the typical turn around time for repairs?

Every repair or service job starts with a thorough diagnostic and only then can we be able to tell you the estimated time to completion.
